2023 is already here and kicking, but who says that it’s too late to add a few new resolutions to your list? My number one goal, not only in 2023, but generally in life, is to be the healthiest version of myself. Health is wealth, and it’s definitely not something that I take for granted. However, I also don’t believe in drastic lifestyle changes from one day to the next. These changes have to be small, attainable, and something that is easy to follow. Even on those days when you don’t have any motivation at all. So if you need some rewarding and attainable New Year’s resolutions to kickstart your health journey, here’s my list.
